The Silverback platform provides hardware serial authentication which allows systems administrators to pre-register device serial numbers for access to corporate data.
The Silverback Administrator can determine whether they will allow all or authorized only devices to have access to corporate data. Silverback notifies the Silverback administrators via email alerts of any non authorized devices that have attempted to enroll at which point they can easily allow or deny that device access.
